EYFS Visit to church - 12th November 2025

Class: EYFS (F2) Reception Year: 2025 - 2026

EYFS enjoyed our first visit to St Basil's Church to discover more about this special place.

We were met at church by Mrs Cloherty, one of our school governors and a local parishioner.

During our visit we enjoyed finding out about different parts inside the building and in small groups did a little tour.

There were lots of new names of things to learn!

We finished by sharing a wonderful Celebration of the Word - singing, praying and listening together.

We are so proud of how respectful and well behaved the children were- well done!
